Induction heating machine shipped to Oman

Yesterday we just shipped two sets of machine to Oman, namely an induction heating machine and a cooling machine.
 

The induction heating machine is an 800kw medium frequency induction heating machine, which is mainly used by customers to heat square billets, and then use the cooling machine for cooling, The purpose is to enhance the hardness, strength and toughness of the workpiece. In addition , we can also tailor-made for customers, according to customer needs to provide low-frequency, high-frequency or ultrahigh-frequency heating equipment.
 

It is not the first time that we have supplied medium frequency induction heating equipment to customers in Oman, The medium frequency induction heating equipment does not need to be heated as a whole. The deformation of the workpiece is small, the power consumption is small, and it is harmless to the human body and the workpiece. The medium frequency induction heating equipment can be installed on the machining production line, which is easy to realize mechanization and automation, easy to manage, and can reduce transportation, save manpower, and improve production efficiency.
