The fully digital design induction heating equipment WH-VI-60 has a maximum power of 60KW and a frequency range of 15-30KHZ. The machine adopts a modular design with a simple and stable internal structure. The installation, inspection and regular maintenance of the equipment are also very simple. It is often used for forging heating of metal bars, manufacturing of fasteners, surface quenching of auto parts, annealing of screw rods, and melting of non-ferrous metals such as copper, aluminum, gold, and silver. WH-VI-60 induction generator is equipped with an external remote control system, which can realize functions such as remote start and stop, adjustment of power output, control of temperature and heating time, etc. These functions allow our equipment to be widely used in different occasions. At the same time, the equipment is equipped with an internal monitoring system, which can promptly indicate the working status of the system, such as overvoltage/low pressure/water shortage/overtemperature/overcurrent/phase loss. With the monitoring system, the machine can protect itself from damage caused by sudden high voltage or high current.
