Smelting non-ferrous metals with medium frequency induction heating equipment

Non-ferrous metals can also be called non-ferrous metals in a narrow sense, that is, metals other than iron, manganese, and chromium. However, in a broad sense, non-ferrous metals can also include non-ferrous alloys. An alloy formed by adding one or several other elements as a matrix. For smelting non-ferrous metals, it is recommended to use our medium frequency induction heating equipment.

The output power of our intermediate frequency induction heating equipment is designed from 30KW to 800KW, which can meet the smelting needs of different outputs. Generally, non-ferrous metals under 10 kg can be smelted directly using the corresponding crucible and inductor, and those larger than 10 kg can be smelted directly. Non-ferrous metal smelting can be used with our automatic dumping furnace, which can improve smelting efficiency, simplify manual operation, low furnace body temperature and excellent operating environment.

Medium frequency induction heating equipment uses induction heating to generate a large amount of Joule heat inside the metal through alternating current and relative movement of metal electrons. When the heating temperature reaches the melting point of the metal material itself, the metal can be melted. Since induction heating does not produce open flames, noise, or dust particles, the heating temperature is uniform, the smelted metal has no impurities, high purity, and low energy loss. Under the same conditions, it can save energy by about 30%~40% compared with other smelting methods. .
