1. Use environment

(2) Placed in the warning wall, you should be alert to the heat exhaust failure caused by the backflow of hot and humid air. In special environments, you can consider the air induction device.
2. User piping problems
(1) Piping and pump valves should be installed below the operating water level of the cooling tower to prevent overflow and air inhalation.
(2) When considering the location of the equipment, the water pump should have sufficient head, and the pressure loss along the way and the pressure loss of the cooling coil should be considered.
(3) The fluid cooling interface flange is designed to be 1mpa, and all pipes should consider hangers or supports.
3. The maintenance requirements of the sprinkler system
(1) With the operation of the closed cooling tower, minerals and other impurities in the water will precipitate and accumulate in the water tank, so the water quality must be checked regularly. Regular sewage cleaning can better control the water quality and prevent scaling.
(2) Spray water quality requirements: "Industrial Circulating Cooling Water Treatment Design Code", areas with particularly poor water quality, water purification treatment should be considered。
4. Replenishment of circulating water
(1) Supplementary amount of spray water Evaporation ≤ 0.8% of flow + drift water ≤ 0.1% + sewage discharge less than or equal to 0.3% = ≤ 1.2% of circulation flow
(2) The circulating water of the closed system should meet the water quality requirements of the production process, and soft or pure water can be used.
(3) The closed system is equipped with a liquid level control system and an automatic water supply device. The system sends out a liquid level alarm message, indicating that the water supply source of the automatic water supply device is short of water. It is necessary to limit the addition of supplementary circulating water and repair the water supply source in time.
5. Drainage
When the equipment is not in use, the circulating water in the pipe should be drained to avoid damage to the coil due to freezing and cracking in low temperature weather.
6. Antifreeze prevention of sprinkler system
(1) Install a heater in the spray tank, generally using an immersion electric heater.
(2) When the system stops running, it is necessary to drain the water and spray water in the coil.
7. Closed cooling tower cooling antifreeze method
(1) The ambient temperature is less than or equal to 2 degrees, and the internal circulation pump must maintain water circulation.
(2) The ambient temperature is less than or equal to 0 degrees. Even if the circulating water keeps flowing, it will freeze. The circulating water must maintain a certain heat load. In order to ensure this heat load, an immersion electric heater can generally be installed in the internal circulation pipeline. At the same time, the circulating water in the closed cooling tower maintains uninterrupted operation.
