Last week, the medium-frequency 200kw induction heating furnace purchased by a Polish customer was successfully delivered. My colleague Elle said that the customer mainly heats the steel bars.
Before delivery, we arranged a test machine for the customer as usual. During the test, we found that when heating thicker steel bars, the temperature could not meet the customer's requirements, so Elle negotiated with the customer as soon as possible. After obtaining the customer's consent, our professional technical team upgraded the original machine and finally successfully reached the customer's target temperature. The customer was very satisfied with this and decided to buy another induction heating equipment.
