Shaft Induction Hardening Machine Tool Shipped To Zambian

April is a busy season. On Tuesday this week, we completed the order from the Zambian customer and successfully completed the shipment.

 

This customer saw the video we posted on social media and took the initiative to contact Sophia. Through the customer's description, Sophia learned that he wanted to make the diameter 25/30 mm, 35/45 mm, 50/60 mm, 65/80 mm shaft is quenched and the length of the shaft is 360mm. For this purpose, we designed four coils for the customer and recommended the WH-VI-160 induction hardening machine, plus the LP-SK-600 induction hardening machine tool and the CT-20 closed tower. The customer was very satisfied with Sophia's quotation and solution, we quickly signed a contract.

 

 

However, due to the Spring Festival, we encountered the problem of rising freight. We promptly informed the customer and actively negotiated with the freight company to obtain the best discount. In the end, the customer agreed to pay the excess freight. We are also very grateful to the customer for their understanding and support.

 

We would also like to remind our customers that the increase in freight rates is a force majeure. If possible, please promptly determine the delivery time with us. We will adhere to the principle of customer first, maximize the benefits for customers, and minimize customer losses as much as possible.
