In the early 1980s, Beijing Capital Iron and Steel Group Special Steel Co., Ltd. used a medium frequency heating furnace to perform quenching and tempering heat treatment on 45MnMoB, 35CrMo, 40Cr, 40Mn2Mo, and 45 steel, cold-processed intermediate softening heat treatment on GCr15 steel pipes, and solid solution heat treatment on 5Cr21Mn9Ni4N steel pipes. GCr15, T10A, 50, 20Mn2, and 20 steel bars were annealed and heat treated to achieve good results.
In 1998, a domestically produced 1000kW IGBT medium frequency heating furnace was put into operation to perform normalizing heat treatment on welded pressure boiler steel pipes, and the product quality was good.
In recent years, with the development of medium frequency induction heating technology, Suzhou Zhenwu Electric Furnace Co., Ltd. has applied medium frequency induction heating technology to oil special pipe heat treatment production lines, round steel penetration heating forging and round steel penetration heating perforated hot-rolled steel pipes through independent innovation. Success was achieved in all aspects.
Examples are as follows:
(1) In 2006, the first fully automatic quenching and tempering heat treatment line using an intermediate frequency heating furnace to heat special oil pipes with a diameter of 60.3-88.9mm (most of the ends are thickened) and an annual output of 6×104t was built in Fanli, Jiangsu The installation and commissioning of Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. was successful the first time, and the products were tested by Xi'an Pipe Materials Institute to meet API standards. Production has been normal in recent years, with a total of more than 10×104t of steel pipe products exported to the United States, Canada, and the Middle East.
(2) The second and third quenching and tempering heat treatment lines for special petroleum pipes were installed at Wuxi Simles Petroleum Special Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd. at the end of 2007. They are suitable for special petroleum pipes with diameters of 60.3-88.9mm and diameters of 114.3-139.7mm. , the maximum output of a single line is 16t/h, and it is currently in normal production operation.
(3) The fourth production line is manufactured for Daqing Oilfield Yilangsite Company.
(4) The fifth production line is customized for Liaoyang Simles Petroleum Special Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd. It is currently in the installation stage. The production line products that have been put into production meet the requirements of API5CT, such as: 30Mn2 grade pipe yield strength, tensile strength, elongation Length, hardness, etc. all comply with API standards.
