When high-frequency induction heating equipment was first accepted by customers, it was mostly used in welding. Later, it was gradually used in diathermy, annealing, quenching, etc. The scope of these applications is as follows:

(1) Welding

1. Welding of carbide cutter heads, welding of carbide saw blades and welding of diamond tools, grinding tools and drilling tools.

2. Welding of carbide tools for mechanical processing. Such as welding of turning tools, planers, milling cutters, reamers and other cutting tools.

3. Welding of mining tools, such as "one" bits, column tooth bits, dovetail coal drill bits, rivet rod drill bits, various shearer picks, and various tunnel boring machine picks.

4. Welding of various woodworking tools, such as various woodworking planers, milling cutters and various woodworking drill bits.

(2) Forging and rolling

1. The steel plate is heated and bent into shape.

2. Thermal forming of standard parts and fasteners.

3. Hardware tools, such as pliers, wrenches, etc., are heated and formed through heat.

4. Extrusion of the taper handle of the prospecting drill rod.

5. Thermal forming of steel pipes such as bent pipes, etc.

6. Heating and annealing of metal materials. Such as: drawing, bending and smashing copper pipes and steel pipes; heating iron wire and steel wire to make nails; annealing and expanding of stainless steel products.

7. Hot fitting of automobile rear axles, hot fitting of motor rotors, bearings, gears and other workpieces.

(3) Heat treatment

1. Heat treatment of various hardware tools and hand tools. Such as pliers, wrenches, screwdrivers, hammers, axes, etc.

2. High-frequency quenching treatment of various auto parts and motorcycle parts. Such as: crankshaft, connecting rod, piston pin, crank pin, sprocket, camshaft, valve, various rocker arms, rocker arm shafts; various gears, spline shafts, transmission half shafts, and various small shafts in the gearbox , various shifting forks and other high-frequency quenching treatments.

3. High-frequency quenching treatment of gears, shafts, etc. on various power tools.

4. Heat treatment of high-frequency quenching of various hydraulic components and pneumatic components. Such as the column of a plunger pump.

5. Quenching treatment of plugs, rotors of rotor pumps; reversing shafts on various valves, gears of gear pumps, etc.

6. Heat treatment of metal parts. Such as high-frequency quenching treatment of various gears, sprockets, various shafts, spline shafts, pins, etc.

High frequency induction heating equipment after-sales service:

1. Before signing the contract, provide product performance introduction, provide users with better construction plans and rational suggestions, and meet the special quality requirements put forward by users.

2. Provide reliable products with guaranteed quality and quantity on schedule.

3. Deliver the goods to your door and guide the installation and debugging until the equipment is operating normally and qualified products are produced.

4. The date when the equipment is accepted at the buyer's site and signed by both parties is the start date of the warranty period. The warranty period is (one) year.

During the quality guarantee period, if the parts of the induction heating complete set of equipment are damaged due to equipment quality problems, Party B shall replace them free of charge, and Party B shall respond within 2 hours after receiving the failure notification. If necessary, arrive at the site for repairs and make repairs. Maintenance personnel will not leave the scene until the fault is rectified. (If the equipment is damaged due to operating errors, Party B will charge accessories fees at its discretion).
