Design requirements of medium frequency induction coil

The medium frequency sensor is generally composed of five parts: the base, the conductive plate, the effective ring, the water-cooled water spray device and the additional positioning device.
 
The design of the socket: The socket is the contact surface that connects the inductor to the secondary coil of the transformer, and is generally made of thick red copper plate. The surface that it is attached to the secondary winding of the transformer requires finishing so that it can be closely attached to the transformer and be firmly connected to the transformer. The close contact reduces the contact resistance, which would otherwise cause the connection board to heat up or burn. When designing the connecting plate, the convenience of installation should be considered.
 
Design of the conductive plate: The conductive plate is the connecting plate between the connecting plate and the effective ring. The conductive plates are often made into trapezoids. The smaller the distance between the conductive plates, the smaller the inductance, and the shorter the conductive plates, the smaller the loss of the conductive plates. However, if the conductive plate is too short, the fixture installation will be affected.
 
Design of the effective loop: When designing the effective loop, the skin effect, proximity effect and current flow of the coil should be considered. The current tends to take shortcuts because the resistance is small when taking shortcuts. Therefore, this factor should be considered when designing the inductor.
 
The design of the water-cooled water spray device has two forms, using the effective ring body to spray water and the additional ring to spray water separately. The sum of the cross-sectional area of the water inlet pipe of the water sprinkler should be equal to the sum of the areas of all the water outlets, so that the water spray pressure will not be higher than that of the water inlet. The water pressure is low to achieve the purpose of rapid cooling in quenching.
 
The additional device of the inductor is composed of magnetic conductor, clamping screw, nut, washer, insulating gasket, shielding ring, locating pin and guide sleeve. All accessories are composed of non-metal or non-magnetic metal, which should be fully considered in the design.
