(1) Cracks during post-forging heat treatment: Carefully remove surface cracks and other defects caused during the forging process before the rotor forging billet is put into the furnace; after forging, put the forging billet into the furnace while it is hot when the surface temperature is above 500°C; the cooling rate of post-forging heat treatment It cannot be too fast, and the degree of cooling and the holding time must be appropriate.

(2) Uneven hardness: To avoid the occurrence of this phenomenon, we must ensure the uniformity of heating, uniformity of quenching and cooling, uniformity of tempering temperature and adequacy of tempering time.

(3) The heat treatment deformation is too large: When using a medium frequency induction heating furnace to forge large rotor forgings, try to make the center line of the forging consistent with the center line of the steel ingot, and the machined marking line should be as uneccentric as possible; use less or no grooving adjustment. quality; the axis of the lifting hole for processing and heat treatment must pass through the center line of the rotor and be perpendicular to it.
