As the saying goes, if you pay, you will gain. this is true. After continuous efforts, yesterday afternoon, my colleague Lucia successfully signed a contract with a Vietnamese customer to sell 250kw medium frequency induction heating power supply.
The customer said that their factory wanted to purchase a piece of equipment for heat-transmitting bar materials. There are many specifications of bar materials, and there are two common types of bar materials. The specifications and requirements of the two kinds of bars are as follows: the heating speed of the bar with a diameter of 10-20mm and a length of 200mm requires 20 pieces per minute, and the heating speed of a bar with a diameter of 50-60mm and a length of 100mm is 6 pieces per minute. According to the customer's workpiece information, Lucia recommended a 250kw medium frequency induction heating power supply for him after comprehensive consideration, and sent detailed quotation information and product information.
The next day, the client sent an email asking Lucia if she could provide him with some videos. We have a lot of videos of rods being heated, so Lucia immediately compiled some videos for the client and successfully sent them over. After seeing the video, the customer was very interested in our equipment. However, since he had never cooperated before, he was very distrustful of us and kept hesitating and wandering. In order to dispel customers' doubts, Lucia provided customers with some pictures of technicians going to Vietnam to install and debug equipment as well as some long-term cooperative Vietnamese customers. Now, customers are completely assured of us.
Next, they communicated on issues such as prices, shipping methods, and payment methods. After solving these problems, signing the contract is a very natural thing.
