Some time ago, my colleague suddenly received a call from Belgium. The other party said that he saw some videos about quenching on our foreign website and was very interested. It happened that he had a need for quenching, so he called consultation, after a brief self-introduction, my colleague asked the customer about some requirements for quenching, and learned that the workpiece that needs to be quenched is a kind of axle, referred to as axle quenching. The depth of quenching is required to reach 2mm, and the diameter of quenching is 50mm/60mm/75mm, the length of the entire quenched workpiece does not exceed 980mm. After knowing this information, the colleague left the phone number of the other customer and both parties added a WeChat. After hanging up the phone, my colleague started to design a plan for the customer. We recommended 100KW high-frequency induction heating equipment, 10P chiller and 1-meter machine tool for the customer.
The colleague sent the design plan to the customer through WeChat. About three days later, the customer replied that he was very satisfied with the plan, but because it was the first cooperation and had high requirements on the quenching quality of the workpiece, he wanted to take a look at our company and field trials. However, due to the epidemic, we agreed with the customer to communicate via video link. After some preparatory work was done, we turned on the video and began to demonstrate the shaft quenching experiment for the customer on the spot. During the demonstration, we can see the customer nodding in praise of our experiment in the video. All of us are also very happy, meeting the needs of customers is our ultimate goal. All the problems were solved, and the customer directly negotiated with colleagues on the price and the delivery process. Our business is only about 10 days from the beginning to the delivery, which is very fast. Generally speaking, customers will trust us when they are satisfied with the quality of our products. Choosing us also motivates us to develop better.
