The composition of the production line has developed from a single line to a double line; the power supply configuration has developed from a combination of thyristor intermediate frequency and electronic tube super-audio induction heating equipment to a combination of thyristor IGBT transistor power supply to achieve the purpose of reducing energy consumption and improving productivity. The heating process has been improved from two stages to three stages. For tire steel wire and thinner spring steel wire, my country has also begun to use super-audio frequency induction heating to replace the polluting process of lead bath heating.
