PC steel bars are mainly used as PC poles, foundation piles, iron cages, etc. The domestic steel wire and steel bar heat treatment production line has gone through many years of research, production and improvement, starting from the concave thread prestressed pipe pile steel wire production line, and developed to stainless steel wire, low-relaxation steel wire and steel strand, elastic steel wire and other varieties of production lines. The composition of the production line has developed from a single line to a double line; the power supply configuration has developed from a combination of thyristor intermediate frequency and electronic tube super-audio induction heating equipment to a combination of thyristor IGBT transistor power supply to achieve the purpose of reducing energy consumption and improving productivity. Pipe pile steel wire heat treatment production line has developed from single-line production to double-line production, and it is necessary to solve the problem of uniform temperature of the two steel wires. In addition to improving productivity, the use of double-line production occupies almost the same area as single-line production, and the plant needs to be expanded; the equipment investment cost is slightly higher than that of single-line production; after accounting by the production unit, 50kW.h of electric energy can be saved per ton of steel. Therefore, double-line production has a broader prospect.

The heating process has been improved from two stages to three stages. For tire steel wire and thinner spring steel wire, my country has also begun to use super-audio frequency induction heating to replace the polluting process of lead bath heating.
