For small workpieces, pipes, plates, gears, etc., induction heating equipment with relatively low power and high frequency is selected.
1) Required heating speed
If the heating speed is required to be fast, induction heating equipment with relatively large power and relatively high frequency should be selected.

6) Process requirements
Generally speaking, for quenching, welding and other processes, you can choose a smaller power and a higher frequency; for annealing, tempering and other processes, you can choose a higher power and a lower frequency; for red punching, thermal forging, smelting, etc., you need to For a process with good heat penetration effect, the power should be larger and the frequency should be lower.
7) Material of work piece
Among metal materials, those with higher melting points should use higher power, and those with low melting points should use less power; those with small resistivity should use higher power, and those with high resistivity should use less power.
