Through Sophia's patient communication with the customer, we learned that the customer wanted to set the machine power through the computer. The customer has thousands of products, and previously the required power supply for each type was stored manually in the computer, which was a waste of time and not conducive to improving production efficiency. Therefore, the customer wanted to set the power supply remotely from the computer instead of using the potentiometer knob, and required the machine to start and stop the quenching process remotely.
After the efforts of our technical team, we customized and produced this TGS-60 induction hardening machine for the customer, which not only met the customer's personalized requirements, but also greatly improved production efficiency and reduced production costs. The customer was very satisfied with it.
