When it comes to sensors, anyone who knows induction heating equipment knows its importance. The inductor is an important part of the induction annealing equipment and is necessary for heat treatment of the workpiece. It is mainly made according to the specifications of the workpiece, and its quality directly affects the quality of the heat treatment of the workpiece. Although sensors are so important, very few people fully understand them. Today, the technical staff of Zhengzhou Gou's induction heating equipment manufacturer will introduce to us the structure of the inductor.
The structure of the sensor generally consists of five parts, as shown below:
(1)Connect the chuck
Its function is to connect the sensor to the output port of the induction power supply (secondary of the quenching transformer) and conduct the current to the busbar.
(2)Bus
It leads the working current to the induction coil and plays the role of increasing the overall structural strength of the inductor and extending the working area.
(3) Cooling accessories
In most continuous quenching induction heating processes, the cooling accessory is used to cool the connection chuck, busbar and induction coil, and can directly provide cooling medium for quenching, which greatly simplifies the inductor structure.
(4) Induction conductor (coil)
Through the induced current of a certain frequency, electromagnetic eddy current coupling occurs with the surface area of the workpiece to be quenched, causing the surface to quickly heat to the required quenching temperature.
(5) Magnetic conductor
According to the actual practice of induction heating, the magnetic conductor plays an important role in expelling magnetism and concentrating magnetism in induction quenching. Therefore, the magnetic conductor should also be used as a part of the inductor.
Okay, after reading the above description, I believe everyone has a certain understanding of sensors. Of course, the information about the sensor is not just what is told, it covers a wide range of content. For more information about sensors, you can read more books on heat treatment. I believe you will gain a lot.
