1) When the porous sensor is connected in series to the last effective circle, since the effective circle has only one slit, in order to balance the magnetic field intensity, the inner diameter of the effective circle is increased to achieve the same effect.

2) The center distance between the two holes of the multi-hole sensor should be greater than 1.5 times the hole diameter, otherwise the current will take a shortcut.

3) Symmetrical arrangement is different from front-to-back series connection. The dual camshaft inductor is designed to be symmetrically arranged. The heating effect of the left and right holes is basically the same, because the current on the two effective circles is the same and the magnetic field is the same. The dual camshaft inductor is designed to be arranged in series front and rear. Although the inner diameter of the effective ring is the same and the passing current is the same, one hole is affected by two influences, which reduces the heating efficiency. The first effect is that it has two slits, where the magnetic field is weakened. The second effect is that current has the property of taking shortcuts. The inductor on this medium frequency induction heating machine has an increased tendency to take shortcuts if the copper plate is thicker. Therefore, a magnetic conductor should be added to the first hole near the slit to adjust the magnetic field intensity.
