What common sense issues do we need to pay attention to when choosing induction heating equipment?

1. The wiring distance between the sensing component and the device

If the connection is long and even needs to be connected with a water-cooled cable, relatively high-power induction heating equipment should be used.

2. Required heating rate

If heating speed is required, induction heating equipment with relatively large power and relatively low frequency should be selected.

3. Continuous working time of the equipment

If the continuous working time is long, induction heating equipment with slightly larger power should be selected. On the contrary, equipment with relatively small power should be selected.

4. Process requirements

Generally speaking, for welding processes, the power can be chosen to be smaller. For quenching, choose a higher power. Red punching, hot forging, smelting, etc. require processes with good heat penetration effects. The power should be larger and the frequency should be lower. If the depth and area that needs to be heated are large and the whole is heated, induction heating equipment with high power and low frequency should be selected. The heating depth is shallow, the area is small, and for local heating, induction heating equipment with relatively small power and high frequency is selected.
