1. The cooling water should try to avoid contact with the air, because the air bubbles in the water will reduce the cooling effect of the water. The capacity of the water tank should be determined according to the actual conditions. Under the condition of a heat exchanger, the smaller capacity of the cooling tank should also ensure that its capacity can fill the output pipe and have enough storage capacity. According to the cooling system of the high-frequency heater The empirical data shows that the capacity data is 3 to 4 times the required cooling water flow per minute. The larger the capacity of the cooling water tank, the better the heat dissipation conditions, which can reduce energy consumption, but it will take up more production space.

2. The diameter of the inlet and outlet pipes should be designed according to the actual inflow and outflow. The water inlet pipe is a pressure pipe, and the water outlet pipe is divided into a closed water return pipe and a self-pressure return water pipe. The water inlet pipe has pressure, and the pipe diameter is relatively small; the water outlet pipe has no pressure, and the pipe diameter is much larger. When the high-frequency heating machine is heating, whether the displacement of the cooling medium is continuous to the one-time heating workpiece, while the scanning quenching part has a longer duration, and the resistance of the filter must be taken into consideration. Many experiments have proved that the small design of the quenching machine outlet is related to these factors. The material for making pipelines should use copper pipes or stainless steel pipes to prevent rust from entering parts.

3. The pressure of the cooling water is determined according to the workpiece to be cooled, and can be regulated by the shunt valve. Generally, the sensor cooling water pressure requirement is higher, and other electrical appliances require lower water pressure. For example, electronic tube high-frequency equipment must be configured according to the requirements of the manual. In the cooling system, the inlet water temperature is not as low as possible, because if the inlet water temperature is too low, a layer of water droplets will condense on the surface of the cooling workpiece, which will reduce the insulation performance of the equipment and cause malfunctions. Therefore, the inlet temperature of the cooling water should be close to the indoor temperature.

4. The heat transfer capacity of the heat exchanger. The heat transfer capacity of the heat exchanger in the cooling system of the high-frequency heating machine is related to the power used, the load factor and the efficiency of some components of the equipment. Due to the improvement of the conversion efficiency of the variable frequency power supply, the heat generated by the equipment will be less and less. The pipe fittings in a cooling system should use the same metal as much as possible, otherwise electric corrosion will occur in the pipe. It should also be noted that the arrangement of the pipes should be neat, and the turning should be minimized to avoid the increase of resistance by the water flow. In addition, the multiple water inlet pipes coming out of a distributor of the liquid sprayer should be as long as possible, so that the liquid sprayed on the workpiece can be evenly sprayed, and the tempering effect of the workpiece is good.
