This kind of system programming is simple and easy to learn, easy to operate, and low in price. It is used in medium and low-end CNC horizontal quenching machine tools. However, there are some problems when this system is applied to horizontal quenching machine tools: first, the system output and input interfaces are designed according to the functional requirements of machining machine tools, especially the input interfaces are relatively few; second, when executing two adjacent instructions , there is an interval of 0.4s, and the liquid cannot be sprayed immediately after heating (small workpieces are generally required to spray liquid immediately after heating); third, a dual-coordinate CNC system is used, one for lifting and one for rotation. (2) Foreign economical CNC system
There are many brands and models of economical CNC systems abroad, among which the Siemense802 series is commonly used. This kind of system has the characteristics of complete functions, good performance, stability and reliability, high precision, and large amount of stored programs, but the price is high and the maintenance cost is high.

Industrial computers used in horizontal quenching machine tools can make full use of PC hardware (such as 586, Pentium III) and software (such as DOS, Windows, windowNT/2000) resources to integrate the latest control theory and network technology to achieve more complex control and Stronger software capabilities.
