(2)Heat treatment process
1) Conditioning. The quenching and tempering process is carried out using high-frequency induction heating power. The quenching heating temperature is 830-850℃, water quenching; the high temperature tempering temperature is 600℃. The hardness is 220-250HBW, and the radial circular runout is ≤1.Omm.
2) High frequency induction hardening. Use a 60kw high-frequency induction heating power supply to perform quenching heat treatment on the rough and finished spindle. The process parameters are: the gap between the inductor and the shaft surface is 2mm, the spindle rotation speed is 3mm/s, the heating temperature is 900-920℃, quenching The medium is tap water.
After high-frequency induction quenching, the surface hardness is 52-58HRC, the depth of the hardened layer is 1.0-1.5mm, and the radial circular runout is ≤0.40mm.
3) Tempering. The heating temperature is 220-240℃, and the holding time is 2h.
