The casing of the medium frequency induction heating machine is heating up. Some customers do not pay attention and do not take it seriously. Long-term use may cause other malfunctions of the machine. There are three main areas where abnormal heating occurs in the medium frequency heating induction furnace: the sensor heats up, the machine transformer heats up, and the water pipe connects to the sensor.
First, let’s talk about the most direct cause of the sensor heating: insufficient water flow. ① The sensor is bent or flattened, causing the water flow in the sensor to not flow smoothly and the heat dissipation to be insufficient. In this case, check whether the sensor is bent or flattened and adjust it. ② If the sensor has been used for too long, there will be too much scale in the sensor, resulting in insufficient water flow. You can use acidic water to clean the scale inside the sensor and keep the water flow of the sensor smooth.
The heating of the transformer is most likely caused by the water cooling inside the machine being clogged, or the quality of the equipment. Transformers are all made of copper tubes, which can cause scale blockage over a long period of time, which can cause machine failure. Manufacturers with good equipment quality generally use It is wound with very thin electromagnetic wires, has good heat dissipation, and the quality of the machine will be relatively stable. Customers should pay attention to this situation when purchasing equipment.
The joint of the water pipe of the medium frequency induction heating machine will heat up. It depends on whether the water pipe is blocked or the inner diameter of the water pipe is relatively small, or the power of the water pump is too small. At this time, it is recommended that the customer use a transparent plastic water pipe so that it can be seen clearly. The water flow to the water pipe is easier to drain to solve the problem.
Requirements for installing cooling water of medium frequency induction heating machine: Inlet water pressure: ≥0.05MPa Inlet water temperature: 5-35°C. When the cooling water temperature is lower than room temperature, the temperature difference should be less than 10°C. When the humidity is high, the temperature difference should be less than 5℃ to prevent equipment from leaking. Inlet water PH value: 7-8.5 Hardness: no more than 60mg/L Environment required for installation of medium frequency heating induction furnace: The working environment of the equipment should be free of flammable and explosive dust, no conductive dust, and no corrosive gas. Altitude ≤2500, ambient temperature 2-40℃, relative humidity ≤85%. Ensure that the working area of the equipment is well ventilated to ensure normal ventilation and cooling of the equipment. This equipment cannot be operated in condensation conditions.
