Heat treatment process specifications
a. The heating temperature for normalizing is 840-860 degrees Celsius, and it is air-cooled after being kept for 1.0-1.5 hours.
b. For local induction heating and quenching, a medium frequency induction heating machine with a frequency of 250KHZ should be used for medium frequency induction heating and surface quenching with water cooling. The inner cone hole quenching inductor is equipped with a fan-shaped magnetic conductor, and the quenching hardness of the cone hole is deep. (The tapered hole can also be locally heated and quenched in a salt bath).
c. After low temperature tempering, partial medium frequency surface quenching and salt bath quenching, use preheating to perform self-tempering.

a. The purpose of normalizing is to refine the grains, uniformize the structure, adjust the hardness of the steel, improve the cutting performance, and at the same time improve the forging structure, eliminate forging stress, and give the final mechanical properties of the spindle as a whole.
b. Local intermediate frequency induction heating surface quenching, intermediate frequency quenching uses its preheating to temper itself.
c. Local salt bath quenching In order to ensure high wear resistance in the tapered hole, a salt bath is used for local heating, and the inner hole is cooled with water spray and then cooled with oil.
