The entire end-end intermediate frequency induction heating annealing equipment mainly consists of three parts: intermediate frequency power supply, intermediate frequency transformer, and intermediate frequency heating device. Since the diameter of the threaded part at the end of the workpiece is M16mm, the current frequency of the selected intermediate frequency power supply is 8000HZ and the power is 50KW. The inductor is connected to the intermediate frequency power supply through an intermediate frequency transformer.

During the heating process of the workpiece, the workpiece is placed on each station of the rotating workbench. In actual production, the workpiece to be annealed is placed on the feeding device of the inductor, and the annealed workpiece is unloaded at the discharge end of the inductor. artifact. The sensor is fixed on the frame, and the upper and lower distance from the threaded part at the end of the workpiece can be adjusted. After passing through the reducer, the motor drives the disc worktable to rotate. The rotation of the worktable causes the workpiece to be heated through the inductor. The workpiece starts to rotate when it enters the inductor to ensure uniform heating temperature of the threaded part at the end of the workpiece. The workpiece does not rotate outside the inductor to facilitate loading and unloading of the workpiece.

The inductor used for heating the end of the workpiece is arc-shaped and has a single turn. It is made of a 20*30m rectangular copper tube. The outer surface of the pure copper tube is wrapped with asbestos rope and coated with water glass, which is both insulating and Acts as thermal insulation.
