1) The measure taken for the intermediate frequency generator is to add a capacitor during the heating process. Generally, this method is used for large workpieces with long heating times, such as large gears, flywheel ring gears, etc. The method is to add an additional capacitor and a corresponding contactor with an arc extinguishing cover to the quenching machine. When the workpiece is heated to the magnetic transition point, the generator current and power decrease, and the pointer turns in the inductive direction. At this time, the matched capacitance is added, and the generator electricity and power increase by a certain value. This method is called the additional suppressing capacitance method.

2) The measure taken for high-frequency induction heating equipment is to change the load inductance during the heating process. The method is to add an auxiliary inductor. For example, when heating starts, the auxiliary inductor and the inductor are connected in series. After reaching the Curie point, the copper shunt controlled by the spiral coil is inserted into the original bus bar, and the auxiliary inductor is short-circuited. The load matching status changes and the output power can be increased. Before short-circuiting the auxiliary inductor, the heating should be disconnected first.
