Process analysis of heat treatment of hammer using high frequency annealing machine

The hammer is the main working part of the crusher, and it is also a vulnerable part. During work, the hammer is mainly used to repeatedly hammer the straw. Therefore, it wears out faster. For this reason, many manufacturers use high-frequency annealing machines for heat treatment, and the effect is good. Today, this article takes 65Mn hammer as an example to briefly introduce its heat treatment process.

Whether 65Mn is heated by a box furnace or a high-frequency annealing machine, and quenched at both ends, although the hardness obtained is slightly different, it can meet the surface hardness requirements of the hammer. At present, one of the most widely used equipment is the high-frequency annealing machine. Use a high-frequency annealer for heating, the heating temperature is 880-910°C, and the time is 2-3s. After the heating is completed, it is oil-cooled, and then tempered. The hardness is 56-62HRC.

Now, more and more manufacturers use high-frequency annealing machine for heat treatment, and the hardness and wear resistance of the produced hammers are greatly improved, which meets the needs of the work. Even better, this process is suitable for large-scale mass production, which can greatly improve the production efficiency of workers.
