Misunderstanding 1: Only look at power, not frequency.

When heating standard parts, fasteners, etc., when the diameter of the heated workpiece is >80mm, medium-frequency heating equipment should be selected. At this time, high-frequency heating is still used to cause "burn flow" on the outside of the workpiece and "black core" on the inside (commonly known as " "Cannot burn through"), not only the equipment efficiency is greatly reduced, but also the life of the mold is reduced and even the mold is damaged, which invisibly increases the cost without knowing the reason.

Misunderstanding 2: Only look at the output, not the input.

Ignoring the factors of equipment efficiency and power consumption, I found out after purchasing the equipment that it was an "electric tiger", resulting in an embarrassing situation where I could afford to buy the equipment but cannot afford to use it. For example, it is the same 80kw machine, but one input power is 80kw. The working efficiency of the equipment is very different. Although it can also complete the heating requirements, the large power consumption makes the purchaser complain. The input power of the equipment with an output of 80kw is as high as 120KVA.

Misunderstanding 3: Only look at the model, not the power.

For example, the single input current of the equipment is 120A and the input power is 120KVA. They are collectively referred to as the 120 machine. As a result, after buying it, it is discovered that the real power is only 80KVA. This is obviously an advantage, but in fact, it is a secret loss.
