(1) Strictly implement the technical requirements for deoxidation and slag removal, and completely remove the residue.
(2) After removing the slag, observe the surface condition of the salt bath. If there is boiling and slag turning, stop for a period of time. After the salt bath calms down, put the workpiece in for heating.
(3) An overheated tap appears at the tooth end. If the overheating is not deep enough, the overheating layer can be ground to continue processing. If the allowable size is exceeded, the workpiece will be scrapped.
