Induction heat treatment specifications need to be revised due to changes in the power supply of high-frequency induction heating machines and wear and deformation of tool fixtures.

1) When the models of the power supply, transformer, and inductor of the high-frequency induction heating machine are changed, or when the model remains unchanged but one piece of equipment is replaced by another piece of equipment, the heat treatment specifications must be revised.

2) Due to long use or improper use, the effective circle positioning fixture of the sensor is worn or deformed. When the repaired sensor is reused, the heat treatment specifications must be revised.

3) When changes in the machining process of quenched parts affect the size of the quenched parts or the positioning of the parts, the specifications must also be revised. Changes in the size of the center hole of the fan parts will affect the workpiece positioning datum, and the gap value of the flange surface will change for the half shaft.

Sometimes we don't pay enough attention to the subtle changes that occur during the use of high-frequency induction heating machines, or even ignore the changes, which may affect our heat treatment effect and may also damage our heat treatment equipment. Therefore, induction heat treatment specifications must be revised in a timely manner.
