2. All steel materials that have been normalized and annealed should be repeatedly inspected to see if they are qualified. For steel that needs to be re-forged, the metallographic examination should be carried out after re-forging and pre-heat treatment.
3. After forging and normalizing, check the austenite grain size. Grade 6-8 is considered qualified.
4. After final quenching and low-temperature tempering by a medium frequency induction heating machine, the hardness should be controlled within the range of 56-61HRC.
