As we all know, in order to cool the various components of medium frequency induction heating equipment, the equipment needs to be cooled by water. As a part of the medium frequency induction heating equipment, the induction coil also needs to be cooled by water. Today, the editor will tell you how to increase the cooling water of the induction coil.
(1) Increase the flow rate of cooling water. This method will cause the water pressure to increase squarely. Usually the water pressure in the main pipe does not exceed (3-4) 105Pa, sometimes even lower. At this time, the water pressure drop between the inlet and outlet of the induction coil should not exceed 2x105Pa. The method of increasing the water volume by increasing the water flow rate is rarely used in practice, and the water flow rate is limited to a smaller range of 1-1.5m/s.
(2) Increase the number of parallel groups of induction coil cooling water. When the induction coil is divided into several cooling circuits to supply the necessary amount of cooling water, the water flow velocity and water pressure are greatly reduced in each circuit.
This article briefly introduces the method of increasing the cooling water of the induction coil. I hope it will be helpful to your work. If you don’t understand anything, you can read more books on heat treatment or consult our technical staff. No matter which one, you will gain a lot.
