Heating furnace: According to the required heating shaftless rotor outer diameter φ98-φ180mm, three pieces of equipment are used. Their structures are the same, but they are not used at the same time.
The inductor is the key equipment of the medium frequency induction heating power supply. The inductor is single-phase. The coil is wound with pure copper tube and is cooled by water during operation. Magnets made of silicon steel sheets are evenly arranged around the circumference of the coil. The coil is lined with a heat insulation layer and a slotted heat-resistant sleeve made of stainless steel. A guide rail is installed in the heat-resistant sleeve. During operation, the shaftless rotor is pushed from one end of the inductor to the other end on the guide rail and is heated.
Power supply cabinet: equipped with air switches, fuses, indicator lights and other components as well as voltage, current, power, power factor and other instruments as well as control and monitoring electrical systems.
Electrical cabinet: equipped with basic compensation and adjustable compensation capacitors, balancing reactors, balancing capacitors, control switches, indicator lights and other components to ensure the balance of the three-phase power supply line.
Water cooling system: including inlet and outlet water distributors, insulated hoses connected to sensors and pressure gauges to ensure good water cooling, monitoring and insulation.
