Inductor, anyone who knows high-frequency induction heating equipment knows that it is an important part of induction heating equipment and is necessary for heat treatment of workpieces. Since the sensor is so important, the manufacturing technology of the sensor becomes even more important. As a leader in the induction heating industry, Zhengzhou Gou's is quite familiar with the manufacturing of inductors. Today, Zhengzhou Gou's technical staff will tell you how the parts of the inductor of high-frequency induction heating equipment are manufactured and assembled.
1. Machined parts
Machined parts are generally processed according to the drawings. If they are welded parts, it should be noted that there should always be a machining allowance on the welding surface. Generally, a 1mm allowance should be left on the plane of the finished contact plate; a 0.5-1mm allowance should be left on both ends of the cylindrical effective ring. If the effective circle (inner hole or outer circle) cannot meet the design requirements after welding (usually +0.2mm), a margin should be left and processed again after welding.
2.Welding deformation
Deformation after effective lap welding is unavoidable. Even if welded on a special fixture, cold shrinkage deformation after welding is unavoidable. After effective ring welding, the center height will shrink. The rule is that the longer the gas welding time, the larger the heat affected zone, and the larger the size of the cold shrinkage after welding. Generally, the cold shrinkage value of a 300mm long conductive tube and effective ring reaches 2mm.
The sensor looks ordinary, but its effect is quite large. Especially for some complex workpieces, it is quite difficult to manufacture the sensors. It is necessary for us to understand the manufacturing and assembly of sensor parts. If you want to know more about the sensor, please feel free to leave us a message.
