In the process of using high-frequency induction heating power supply, the problem that often occurs is the inductor. First, the model of the inductor and the machine must match, and the inductance of the inductor must also match the corresponding machine model.
There are three sensor failures in high-frequency induction heating power supplies:
① If the inductance is too large, the number of turns is too many, the length is too long, or the diameter is too large, the heating speed will be slow or no heating will occur. ② The inductor turns are short-circuited, that is, the inductor and the workpiece collide from the upper and lower turns, causing overcurrent. Lighting. ③ The sensor tube has a small diameter, many turns, and a large water resistance in the tube, so the sensor will not dissipate enough heat, and the sensor will smoke and burn red.
After talking about the common faults of the inductor, by the way, let’s talk about the common faults of the high-frequency induction heating power supply, so that customers can repair it by themselves in an emergency:
① The power supply failure is due to low voltage. When the power supply voltage is less than 340V, overcurrent is likely to occur; 340V-430V can work normally, but the heating speed will decrease as the power supply voltage decreases.
② If the voltage is too high, the machine will have overvoltage protection.
③ If the power cord is not in good contact, overcurrent or no heating will occur.
④When the machine is out of phase, the "phase out" indicator light on the panel will light up or all the lights will not light up, that is, the control circuit has no power supply.
Failure of the high-frequency induction heating power supply water cooling system will cause the following situations:
① If the water pressure is too low, it will cause a water pressure alarm; the sensor will emit smoke; and the water temperature light of the equipment will always alarm.
② If the water quality is too poor, it is easier to cause water channel blockage and water temperature alarm. The machine also needs to clean the water channel when it is used for a long time, because over time, scale will form in the water pipes. The water volume becomes smaller and the heat dissipation is insufficient, which will also cause the water temperature alarm. ③The water pressure of the water pump should not be too high, as this may easily cause the water pipe to rupture.
Other faults include: equipment leakage, possibly because the ground wire is not connected, or the grounding is poor, or the wires in the circuit are touching the shell. The other is environmental interference, such as too many high-frequency equipment, which can easily cause the high-frequency induction heating power supply to overcurrent or not heat.
