The meaning of the letters in the model is: J - transistor; M - MOSFET; C - induction heating power supply; C - quenching. IGBT all-solid-state medium frequency and ultrasonic frequency induction annealing power supply series are shown in Table 2-11. The meaning of the letters in the model is: J - transistor; I - IGBT; G - induction heating power supply: C - quenching.
