(2) Regular maintenance

1) Regularly replace the transformer oil in the tank capacitor and check whether the clamp maintains good contact.

2) Clean the scale on the anode of the vacuum tube regularly according to usage conditions and water quality. When cleaning, the vacuum tube can be taken out of the water jacket, use 10% dilute hydrochloric acid solution to clean the anode of the vacuum tube until the scale is cleaned and dried, then rinse with clean water and put it into the water jacket. When cleaning with dilute hydrochloric acid solution, do not pour the acid solution onto the upper part of the flange, only clean the lower part. When taking out and loading in, only the flange is allowed to be held, not the glass bulb.

3) Regularly wipe the traces on the contactors and relay contacts with gauze to ensure good conduction when closing.

4) Regularly check whether the grounding resistance meets the requirements.
