2. When testing the waterway, be sure to disconnect the power supply, first check whether the water pipes of each way are firmly connected, and then open the water valve to test. During the process of increasing water flow, observe whether the waterway in each place is There may be water leakage or water seepage.
3. When the control circuit is checked and energized normally, the protection circuit should be debugged. Reduce the water pressure, the water pressure relay is still operating normally, but all the indicator lights must be extinguished, and the indicator shows a zero state. Before the operation of the equipment, check whether the door is opened and closed in time. If there is a problem, the main circuit and heating circuit of the device will automatically stop. Check whether the protection function of the overcurrent relay is normal.
