The precision forging automated production line is mainly used for the hot forming process of T16 precision die forgings. Its equipment mainly includes: CNC horizontal band saw, medium frequency induction heating power supply, pier extrusion blank forming press, three-dimensional automatic feeding manipulator and mold, etc. The die forgings produced by this process have the advantages of high dimensional accuracy, good structural properties, high production efficiency, material loss and long mold service life. In addition, the use of three-dimensional automatic feeding manipulators makes the production line more humane and flexible, reduces labor intensity and improves production efficiency.
The medium frequency induction heating system mainly consists of 1 medium frequency power supply, 1 sensor mounting bracket, 6 sets of sensors and 1 set of water-water exchanger.
The operation of the heating furnace during the production process is controlled by the console, and the PLC realizes the action interlocking and heating power control of the production line equipment to meet the process requirements of the heating power supply of the oil drill pipe joint production line. The following is the definition of special terms for IGBT medium frequency induction heating equipment:
1. GZP series medium frequency induction heating power supply: IGBT is used as the inverter bridge inverter device to provide the power required for workpiece heating.
2. Tank capacitor cabinet: Install tank resonance capacitors to form a series resonance circuit together with the heating inductor. The tank output cabinet and the heating power supply are connected by a feed copper bar to reduce the influence of lead inductance.
3. Inductor: A circular inductor is used to heat the drill pipe joint blank. A high-temperature resistant insulating bushing is installed inside the inductor. The inductor completes the power transmission required for heating the workpiece. Stainless steel guide rails are installed in the sensor to facilitate step-by-step movement of the workpiece.
4. Sensor bracket: Install the heating sensor, and install the furnace door at the sensor outlet to prevent heat dissipation at the end of the workpiece and ensure the uniformity of the heating temperature.
5. Loading and unloading system and workpiece moving device: According to the requirements of the buyer's on-site working method, the loading device uses a chain to lift the material. The PLC controls the cylinder to push the workpiece to move stepwise in the sensor. When the workpiece reaches the heating temperature, it is removed. After the sensor, it enters the unloading device. The unloading device adopts a chain discharging method and is connected with the subsequent work station of the buyer, so that the heated workpiece can enter the subsequent work station for the next step of processing. The pushing stroke of the cylinder can be manually adjusted to ensure the relative position of workpieces of different specifications within the sensor.
6. Circulating soft water cooling system: Provides circulating soft water cooling for medium-frequency induction heating power supply, tank circuit capacitor cabinet, stainless steel guide rail, sensor and other heating components, using water-water heat exchanger. The medium frequency induction heating power supply, tank circuit capacitor cabinet, etc. are cooled by internal circulating water, and the stainless steel guide rails, sensors, etc. are cooled by external circulating water.
7. Operation console: Provides external control operation of medium frequency induction heating power supply, and is equipped with temperature monitoring instruments and PLC control system.
8. Temperature monitoring and control: A thermometer is installed at the outlet of the heating furnace. The heating temperature of the workpiece is detected by the thermometer to monitor whether the heating temperature meets the process requirements. The temperature display instrument is installed on the operating table.
9. PLC control system: Through interlocking with other equipment and detection switches on the production line, it controls the start/stop and power adjustment of the heating furnace, controls the movement of the cylinder to push the workpiece and the rhythm of loading and unloading, and completes the synchronous control linkage of the heating furnace on the production line. Lock function and system fault detection.
