(1) Longitudinal induction heating machine quenching. Longitudinal induction heating quenching of half shafts has been used in the automobile and tractor industries. The longitudinal heating of the half shaft is a quenching process. In Germany and the United States, there are special machine tools for one-time quenching of half shafts. Heating, calibration and quenching are completed on one machine tool, which improves productivity. Equipment with the same output for one-time quenching and continuous quenching covers an area of 40m2 and 115m2 respectively.

(2) Crankshaft journal fillet quenching. After crankshaft neck fillet quenching, the fatigue strength is doubled compared to normalized crankshafts. This process has been adopted for the crankshafts of Cummins and NH engines produced in my country.

(3) Quenching of low-hardenability steel gears. As early as the 1970s, my country conducted research on 55DT, 60DT, and 70DT steel and achieved preliminary results. Later, due to unstable hardenability of the steel and other reasons, low-hardened steel was not continued to be used in production. In 1992, the founder of Russian low-hardened steel, Dr. K.3ЩЕПЕ ЛЯКОВСКЦЦ, came to China to give lectures and went to a certain steel plant to investigate the conditions for smelting low-hardened steel. He believed that the plant was fully qualified to produce low-hardened steel. The control of alloy elements in YB 2009-1981 "Low Hardenability Titanium-Containing High-Quality Carbon Structural Steel" is different from that in Russia. The element content of (Russian) 1054-74, 58 (55П П) steel has a certain influence on Mn, Cr, Ni, The sum of the four elements of Cu is stipulated to be <0.5% (mass fraction), while the sum of the three elements of Cr, Ni, and Cu in YB2009-8155Ti steel is stipulated to be <0.5% (mass fraction). This may be the key.

Russian low-hardenable steel and controlled hardenability steel have been widely used in automobiles, tractor rear axle gears, excavator gears, transmission cross shafts, rolling bearings for train carriages, automobile leaf springs and railway coil springs, etc., and have achieved great economic benefits. .

(4) Induction resistor quenching. As we all know, the teeth of the steering rack are quenched by the induction resistance method, and more than three imported machine tools are in production in China. A British machine tool used this process to produce gears and found that the gears were basically not deformed after quenching and could then enter the assembly process.

(5) The crankshaft journal is fixed, heated and quenched. The new equipment uses two semi-circular fixed heating sensors to replace the eight-figure semi-circular rotating heating induction belt. This set of equipment can quench and temper the curved neck. Compared with the old process, it has the advantages of energy saving, small footprint, small deformation of the workpiece and long service life of the induction heating machine.
