The mechanical properties of the bent pipe after heat treatment are sampled as follows:
(1) Tensile specimen. Take tensile specimens (longitudinal and transverse) from the straight pipe section of the bent pipe, the outer arc side of the left transition zone, the outer arc side of the right transition zone, the inner arc side, the outer arc side, and the neutral zone pipe body. Take transverse tensile specimens at the welded joints of the straight pipe section and the curved section.
(2) Impact specimen. Respectively in the straight pipe section weld and heat affected zone, left transition zone outer arc side pipe body, right transition zone outer arc side pipe body, inner arc side pipe body, outer arc side pipe body, curved section weld and heat affected zone, Take impact samples from the pipe body and other places in the neutral zone. The impact specimen is a Charpy V-notch specimen of 10 mm × 10 mm × 55 mm.
