Two days ago, when we were introducing CNC quenching machine tools to customers, a customer asked what mechanical and electrical components are commonly used in the quenching machine tools produced by our company? I believe that every customer who buys CNC quenching machine tools has these questions. Today, Zhengzhou Gou's technical staff will tell you what mechanical and electrical components are commonly used in quenching machine tools?
(1) Stepper motor and its drive system. The stepper motor realizes the rotation of the stepper motor by driving and amplifying the pulse signal sent by the control system. This system is cheap, simple and convenient to use, and is currently widely used in quenching machine tools. The disadvantage is that the driving torque is generally not large and the starting rotation torque is large.
(2) Synchronous toothed belt. The synchronous toothed belt can achieve a fixed transmission ratio between two axes. It has a simple structure and a small weight. It is usually used for motion transmission between the center (or spindle) rotating system under the quenching machine tool or the lifting motor to the lifting screw.
(3)Linear moving guide rail. The linear moving guide rail is used on quenching machine tools with high mechanical transmission efficiency, fast moving speed and good linear motion.
(4) Variable speed bearing. This is a very novel motion transmission unit. In addition to its supporting role, it is actually a compact and clever reducer with a single-stage transmission ratio of 8-60.
(5) Ball screw. Since the ball screw is extremely light and flexible, when used in a vertical general-purpose quenching machine tool, it must have a sliding device to prevent it from falling by itself, such as an anti-slip device, a power-off brake or a motor with power-off braking, etc.
(6) Proximity switch. This is a non-contact stroke detection and control component. There are three main types: inductive type, capacitive type and permanent magnet type. Its usage principle is that within a certain distance range, when the moving workpiece is at the proximity switch end, an in-position signal should be output. Repeatable positioning accuracy can reach +O.1mm.
(7) Servo motor and its drive system. The servo system is a drive system with a relatively high technical level. AC servo under computer control is usually used in quenching machine tools. The servo system has the advantages of large driving torque and good starting performance, but the price is higher.
(8) Sensor quick-change chuck and quick-change water pipe joint. Since the workpieces processed by general-purpose quenching machine tools are often changed and the sensors are frequently replaced, the use of sensor quick-change chucks can quickly connect the sensor circuit and cooling water channel at one time. The use of quick-change water pipe joints can eliminate the previous trouble of bundling soft joint pipes when replacing sensors.
(9) Photoelectric switch. There are many types of photoelectric switches, and the through-beam type and reflective type are commonly used in quenching machine tools. For example, photoelectric switches are installed on both sides of the machine tool operating door to protect the operator's arms or other objects before they leave the safe position. The hardening area can also be controlled through the template. When the workpiece rotates, the radial or end face swing is out of tolerance. It can be detected by the photoelectric switch and realize heating start protection (to prevent touching the sensor).
