1. Characteristics of cylinder liner inner surface quenching sensor:

The inner surface of the cylinder liner is scanned and quenched using high-frequency induction quenching equipment. Since the cylinder liner wall is thin, when the inner surface is heated and quenched, there are auxiliary injectors on the outer surface of the cylinder liner for cooling, which can reduce cylinder liner deformation. Its characteristics are as follows:

1) Equipped with magnet.

2) There is a bakelite disk equipped with positioning pins under the effective circle to prevent the workpiece from colliding with the effective circle. This kind of inner hole inductor has high heating efficiency. When using an 8kHz power supply, a quenching diameter of 123mm inner hole, and an output power of 140kW, the scanning speed can reach 10.7mm/s.

3) A concentric bus bar is used, which is composed of three layers of copper tubes. The quenching liquid is passed between the innermost layer and the second and third layers of copper tubes, and is sprayed directly from the spray hole.

2. Characteristics of the design of the inner hole quenching sensor:

1) The conductive part is thin and long, with poor rigidity, and must be supported to maintain a constant gap between the effective ring and the workpiece.

2) The conductive part is extremely long and causes large losses.

3) If the high-frequency induction heating equipment is horizontal, careful consideration must be given to the discharge of quenching fluid, and the quenching fluid must not be allowed to return to the heating surface.

4) The supply of effective ring cooling water and quenching liquid is difficult to arrange in a small space.
