The main purpose of the quick-change sensor chuck is to save time and simplify the operation of replacing the sensor, but it must also take into account the power loss of the chuck itself. Let's talk about the typical structures of several quick-change sensor chucks.

1) Medium frequency induction heating equipment sensor quick-change chuck. After inserting the sensor, turn the handle and the cam on the top will press the pressure block down so that the sensor is attached to the conductive surface of the chuck. There are water inlet and outlet holes with a diameter of 12mm on the body and a sealing ring to prevent water leakage. This kind of chuck is suitable for medium frequency induction heating power supply of about 200kw.

2) The intubation-type quick-change sensor chuck is a commonly used chuck for high-frequency sensors in China. The conductive tube of the inductor is clamped by a semicircular block, which can be unfolded and closed, and then clamped by a handle. The copper pipe can be directly inserted into the rubber water pipe connected to the water. Since the water pressure is not high, the rubber pipe and the copper pipe fit closely, so no pipe hoop is needed, making it easy to use in production.

3) The universal sensor quick-change chuck for high-frequency induction heating equipment and medium-frequency induction heating equipment consists of a body, a handle, a pressure plate, a compression screw, a baffle, etc. The sensor contact plate of a standard structure enters inward from the insertion port, stops when it encounters the positioning baffle, and rotates the two left and right handles outward. The sensor can be pressed tightly by turning less than 90°, because the pitch of the compression screw is Big, and one on the left and one on the right. The sealing ring on the body is the water inlet and outlet. This kind of quick-change chuck has a large contact surface and is suitable for high and medium frequency power supplies below 200kW. There are already products in China and are widely used. The time it takes to complete a water and electricity connection is about 15 seconds.

4) In the middle of the front of the quick-change chuck of the sensor is the insertion port of the sensor, and the two sealing rings are the water inlet and outlet of the sensor. When the sensor with the standard structure connecting block enters the insertion port, twist the handle, and the bakelite pressing block will press the connecting block to the bottom surface of the insertion port. The water and electricity connections are completed at once. When replacing the sensor, the water inlet can be removed. The valve is closed. This structure replaces a sensor for about 10s, greatly improving work efficiency. This chuck has been widely used in production and is more suitable for high-frequency induction heating equipment below 60kw.
