During induction heating rapid heat treatment, the steel passes through the inductor and cooling device one by one at a constant temperature and speed. The data in Table 2 further show that the uniformity of mechanical properties of the high carbon bearing steel annealed by induction heating is better than that treated by fuel oil annealing. Especially after the annealing treatment, the uniformity of the mechanical properties of the cleaning rod at room temperature is significantly improved.
