The second method is to heat the ring gear with a ring inductor. After heating and pre-cooling, the ring gear falls into the liquid injector for quenching and self-tempering. After heating with this method, the workpiece must fall into the liquid sprayer correctly. This type of sensor has a longer service life than the first type, but it has an additional descending action.
