With the continuous improvement of production technology, more and more manufacturers are using automatic production lines for heat treatment of sleeves. Today, we will take a look at the sleeve forging and waste heat isothermal normalizing production lines composed of medium frequency diathermy equipment.
(1) Heating: medium frequency diathermy equipment, 300kw, 2500Hz, push rod type, automatic temperature detection and sorting.
(2) Die forging: 6.3MN friction press, the forging steps are upsetting and extrusion.
(3) Isothermal normalizing of forging waste heat:
1) Rapid cooling chamber: wind speed, air volume, wind temperature and wind direction are all adjustable.
2) 90KW well-type resistance furnace: isothermal temperature 650℃-700"C, heat preservation for 3 hours, air cooling after coming out of the furnace.
Many manufacturers use this production line to heat treat diesel engine push rod sleeves, and the workpieces produced are of good quality and meet the needs of the work. What's even better is that the production efficiency is greatly improved, reaching 100-150 pieces per hour.
