The surface coating of heating pipes is heated. The low heating temperature is between 50-80 degrees. The heating effect of the coating is good. It is recommended that customers use ultrasonic induction heating equipment. Spraying polyethylene on pipes is also a new application. Our first case was a successful trial with the company, the inventor and world's number one provider of prefabricated insulated energy-saving piping systems.
The benefits of induction heating systems are:
The temperature rises much faster with gas or resistance heating than
Variable control of temperature/time parameters
Accurate and even heating by controlling the bandwidth and surrounding full tube circumference
Fast, accurate, reliable and cost-effective
Minimal damage to factory coating (if any)
Design Contractor's Notes
Equipment is robust and reliable
Simple, lightweight, user-friendly device operation
Induction heating is "directly into the metal"
No harmful surface residue is produced
No open flames or exposed elements
