Technical Index Of Each Part Of The Induction Hardening Machine Tool
The machine tool adopts a single station form and is equipped with a quenching liquid collection box. The collection box is made of stainless steel. The machine shaft, spindle guide and sealing system, quenching sprayer, quenching liquid pipeline, workpiece rotation device, and workpiece lifting are installed in the box. Mechanical transmission device, lifting guide system, balance weight system, etc. The upper part of the machine tool is equipped with a mobile conveying device, a sensor fixing device, an electric control and an operating system. Each movement of the machine tool has a buffer function, low noise, and prevents hard contact between each movement, causing damage to each mechanism.

1. Machine Base And Bed
1) The base of the machine tool adopts a welded structure, including: bed mounting seat, quenching liquid collection tank, suitable for quenching with different concentrations of quenching liquid and clear water.
2) The machine bed adopts a welding structure, the quenching liquid tank is on the bed, and the quenching liquid tank is fixed with reinforcing ribs to ensure that the box will not leak, deform, and will not rust after long-term use. The welded parts of the machine tool are removed. Stress annealing prevents deformation.
3) The quenching machine has protection against splashing, and it is easy to observe the heating and cooling effects.
 
2. Workpiece Lifting And Rotating Mechanism
1) The equipment is equipped with a quenching station, the lifting spindle is controlled by numerical control, and the position of the numerical control console is set near the loading point for easy operation.
2) The workpiece lifting transmission device is composed of a stepping motor + reducer + ball screw, etc. to form a mechanical transmission system to meet the needs of rapid movement of the workpiece, and the parts move smoothly and accurately. The workpiece is rotated by a motor, the rotation is stable, and the speed is adjustable by frequency conversion.
3) There is a sealing ring seal between the precision guiding device of the spindle and the lifting spindle, and multiple seals to ensure that the quenching liquid does not leak.
4) The lifting transmission device has a balance weight system to ensure the service life and accuracy of the spindle. The spindle runs smoothly and is easy to maintain.

3. Workpiece Positioning And Moving Mechanism
General mechanical positioning device: Considering versatility, it is designed as a general mechanical positioning device, which can move up and down with the lifting spindle.
 
4. Centralized Iubrication
The machine tool adopts automatic centralized lubrication, which regularly lubricates all lubrication points including guide rails, screw rods, sliding blocks, moving pairs, bearings and other components.
 
5. Machine Tool Protection
1) The machine tool has mechanical and electrical over-travel protection and other protections to ensure the safety of machine tool operation and personnel operation, and prevent the loss of machine tool action or misoperation.
2) The limit switch, proximity switch, etc. of the equipment should be placed out of the reach of quenching liquid, cooling water, etc., and have a nameplate indication, which is easy to observe and maintain.
 
6. Protection
1) Waterproof protection is strengthened for parts such as guide rails, guide pillars, transformer numerical control sliding tables, bed frames, water sprayers, etc., which can be splashed by quenching liquid.
2) For effective anti-corrosion, anti-rust and anti-magnetic, all machine parts in direct contact with quenching water and gas are made of copper, brass, bakelite materials, and ordinary steel parts are all made of surface anti-rust treatment.
3) Remove burrs and flashes from all parts and protective plates to prevent accidental cuts and scratches.
4) The load area of the machine tool is completely isolated from the front work area, which can effectively prevent quenching oil smoke from penetrating into transformers, capacitors, etc., and greatly improve the working stability and reliability of the complete set of equipment.
