Solution:

(1) Increase water pressure.

(2) Clean scale.

(3) Replace the water pressure switch.

2. When an overheat protection alarm occurs, the possible reasons are: too little cooling water, insufficient water flow, poor water quality, blockage of the waterway, etc.

Solution:

(1) Change the cooling water.

(2) Increase the water pump or water pressure.

(3) Clean with descaling agent 1:40.

(4) Replace the water temperature relay.

3. When an overvoltage protection alarm occurs, the possible reasons are: the grid voltage is too high, exceeding the rated voltage by more than 10%, and it is used during low-peak power consumption, etc.

Solution: Deal with the grid voltage.

4. When an overcurrent protection alarm occurs, the possible reasons are: the shape and size of the self-made induction coil is incorrect, the distance between the workpiece and the induction coil is too small, there is a short circuit between the workpiece and the induction coil or the induction coil itself, or the prepared induction coil When the ring is used, it is affected by the customer's metal fixture or nearby metal objects etc.

Solution:

(1) Check the sensor, high-frequency cable and external power supply.

(2) Replace the AC contactor.

(3) Reduce the number of sensor turns.

(4) Check the power tube。

5. When a phase loss protection alarm occurs, the possible reasons are: the three-phase power is seriously unbalanced, one phase of the three-phase power is missing, there is a circuit break in the air switch or the power supply line, etc.

Solution: Check the incoming power supply.

6. It is easy to jump during work (suddenly stops working), the workpiece enters and exits the induction coil too fast, there is a short circuit and spark phenomenon between the workpiece and the induction coil or the induction coil itself, the gap between the workpiece and the induction coil is too small, and the self-made induction coil Incorrect shape and size, etc.

Solution:

(1) Increase power supply capacity.

(2) Check the three-phase power supply.

(3) Reinstall the sensor.

(4) Contact the manufacturer.
