Change the heating process of medium frequency induction heating furnace to improve the economic benefits of the plowshare
The 65Mn steel plowshare billet is heated to (1150±50)°C by a medium frequency induction furnace. From the start of roll forging deformation to about 20 seconds before quenching, the deformation of different parts of the plowshare is 56%-83%. After deformation, it is quenched. The quenching medium is CaCl2 aqueous solution with a density of 1. 30 - 1:35g/cm3. 460 - 470flC x 3h tempering, hardness after tempering is 40 -45HRC. Compared with conventional heat treatment, the number of heating times is reduced from 3 to 5 times to 2 times, and the production efficiency is increased by about 4%. The product quality of the plowshares all meet the requirements of first-class products. They are very popular among users and the economic benefits are very significant.
